We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and lead our expansion efforts in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be tasked with ambitiously doubling our market presence every year for the next three years.

- Maintaining close contact (both onsite and remotely) with Polarising service partners and direct customers to assess satisfaction and strategically up/cross-sell our extensive portfolio
- Collaborate with our pre-sales team in Portugal to identify and structure opportunities
- Translate and adapt proposals in Dutch (if necessary) and present them effectively
- Negotiate and close deals competently to drive business growth
- Expand our existing network by proactively establishing contacts and nurturing relations with other service partners and clients
- Represent Polarising in the Netherlands by attending important business and partnership events
- Provide organised and timely reports on all your activities, including calls, visits, opportunities and proposals.
- Degree or master’s degree in computer science
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales role (quota-carrying) in technology services companies
- Resident in the Netherlands and native Dutch speaker
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, at a professional level
- Available to travel in the Netherlands to visit customers on site
- Available to travel to Portugal on a quarterly basis (up to one week)
- Passion for contact with new customers and understanding their needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
