Technical Requirements
- Four or plus years of experience with software development
- Backlog definition, prioritization, and management
- Planning and Evaluation of the product\project needs in each iteration and with the team, providing vision and direction
- Define project roadmap, user stories, epics, and themes
- Define Acceptance & Evaluation Criteria
- Manage the customer relationship and provide customer orientation:
– Communication with different kinds of stakeholders
– Define Stakeholder List, Map, Personas - Translate business requirements into technical specifications:
– Identify and write different types of requirements
– Produce functional specifications
– Process Analysis and Process Modulation
– Business Rules Analysis
– Design potential solutions and validate them with the business and technical team
– Follow the development teams throughout all project phases
– Knowledge of several analysis techniques such as activity\Dataflow Diagram, State Machine Diagram, Data Modulation, Workshops, SWOT Analysis, BMPN, UML, Context Diagram, etc. - Knowledge of concepts and principles of system design, software, and network architecture
- Test specification and execution
- Good knowledge of the SCRUM Framework
- Product Owner or Scrum Master certification
- Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Available to travel to Europe with a fly-back policy.
