With a strong know-how and experience working with SOA environments worldwide, Polarising not only addressed all TIBCO and ETL implementation as helped TAP/Megasis ICC management defining the required services, goals and KPIs for the Center.
The adopted solution allowed TAP Portugal to focus on better serve their customers by giving them freedom to develop their own processes and products in a more agile and flexible way.
